Birds N Bees
http://www.lionbrand.com/patterns/80015AD.html
....A pair of sweet lil love birds from Lion Brand Yarn.....
As they say " just in time for Valentine's Day". Lots of color combos you could try out on these two and you could easily make a nest for them by crocheting a shallow bowl shape and lining it with scrappy bits and AWWWW make them a little nest egg :)

Harry Hill's TV Burp Knitted Character
http://esshaych.blogspot.com/2009/11/knitted-character-pattern.html
...The famous "Knitted" Character from TV Burp is actually crocheted...
I followed this pattern from Sarah at EssHaych because my husband is originally from England and is a fan of Harry Hill's TV Burp. Her pattern for the KC was super easy to follow and saved us lots of cash since the originals were going for as much as 100 lbs each on ebay at the height of the KC's popularity. Thanks Sarah!
Bipolar Bears are Friendly
http://yellowpinkandsparkly.blogspot.com/2010/03/arthur-polar-bear.html
...Arthur the gentle polar bear from Yellow,Pink and Sparkly...
I love that she also adds a pattern for his dashing accessory, the shaping in this pattern is top notch, Arthur sits perfectly steady on his beautifully balanced bear behind. I will be making an arthur of my own now that i have just the right yarn for his coat. Brrrr just in case that fur coat isn't enuff to keep him warm he's got his snuggly psychedelic scarf :)
6 Puppies 2 Love
http://byhookbyhand.blogspot.com/2009/10/puppy-love.html
.....And they called it puppy luuu uuu uhhh uuuvvvv......
I know, I know, they look so adoptable you want one of your very own, and so did I. I made one of the beagle puppies (bottom left) and he is the kewtest wickle puppsy wuppsy ever! I'll be making By Hook, By Hand's german shepherd puppy next so beagle boy will have a litter mate to keep him company awwww. The patterns are impeccable and so well written that even a beginner can make a cunning wee canine of their very own :)

I love the colors, the stripey legs, the satisfyingly pointy head and the surprised expression :O
The vast kingdom of Multibeavo's imagination seems like it would be a great place to go on vacation!

Counting Sheep But Running Out
http://harugurumi.blogspot.com/2008/02/baby-sheep-free-pattern.html
...When baby sheep can't fall asleep they count humans jumping fences...
awwww how cute is that? I'm almost finished making Harugurmi's sleepy baby sheep pattern. I'm using the slicker brush technique to make my baby sheep all cuddly fuzzy fleecy, almost done, just have to brush and attach one last little arm ....SHHHH don't wake the baby!
Here are some more examples of Harugurumi's sweet whimsical style. http://www.etsy.com/shop/harugurumi

Sonic the Hedgehog AKA Mr. Needlemouse
http://wolfdreamer-oth.blogspot.com/2010/02/sonic-plushie.html
.....Sega's Super Speedy Sublimely Smirky Hero, Sonic the Hedgehog ........
This was literally the first plushie I ever crocheted and i was pretty intimidated by the amount of detail Sonic has, but after reading Wolf Dreamer's extremely well written pattern and viewing her helpful pics I knew I could make my own Sonic, and so can you! ( the eyes took the longest for me but they are soooo worth the effort and really bring him to life ) WolfDreamer has generously published tons of her own patterns for free and she also has a lovely etsy shop. http://www.etsy.com/shop/WolfDreamerOTH?page=1
